American Girl Doll Hula Outfit

Last week I showed you the American Girl Doll Muu Muu I made. Now I want to show you the Hula Outfit. Both are part of my donation for the next mega wardrobe giveaway. That will take place May 21st through June 2nd. Sign ups to participate as a co-host, sponsor, or contributor go through tomorrow night.
The grass skirt is made from a child's hula skirt. The lei & headband were made from a bigger lei. Can you figure out how I made the coconut bra?? It's NOT coconut but I think it looks adorable!!
My contribution to the giveaway includes the muu muu, hula outfit, orange & white sandals to match the muu muu (not pictured), and a turquoise Hawaiian tote bag embroidered with the winner's name of choice. I will be showcasing the other contributions over the next 3 weeks leading up to the giveaway.
