Spring is my favorite time of year! I just love the rebirth of the earth from winter. The days are longer, trees bud and flowers bloom, we get to spend time outside, and we get to have some Easter fun! I love dressing up, time with family and friends, egg hunts, and Easter treats. Here is an easy to make dessert to share with those you love this Easter.

This tasty treat is made with Super Snack Pack Pudding. My family loves these easy to open cups. I love that they have the same amount of calcium as an 8 oz glass of milk. Snack Pack now comes in a 6 count of larger sized cups. These Super Snack Packs come in chocolate or vanilla and can be found at Walmart. I picked up all the ingredients for these adorable Bunny Butt Puddin' Cups in one quick trip to my local Walmart.

Bunny Butt Puddin' Cups

Super Snack Pack Chocolate Pudding Pack
Honey Maid Chocolate Graham Crackers
Spring Oreos
Mini Marshmallows
Pink Candy Melts
Shredded Coconut (not pictured)

1. Remove one cookie from the side of 6 Oreos. Crush these cookies with 6 Chocolate Honey Graham Crackers to create dirt.
2. Open the 6 Snack Pack puddings, mix in dirt into each cup, and sprinkle more dirt on top.
3. Melt your candy melts in a microwave safe dish in 30 second increments, stirring in between until melted. Cut 9 mini marshmallows in half. Use a toothpick to decorate the bunny paws on 12 of the marshmallows.
4. Spread candy melts on one side of the remaining marshmallow halves and press into shredded coconut to create the fuzzy tails.
5. Use the candy melt to attach the bunny tail and feet to the creme filling of the Oreos.
6. Stick the bunny into the top of the pudding cups so that it looks like the bunny is scampering down into the ground.

Variations: Use original or other creme colored Oreos to make different bunnies. You can also use a different color of candy melts or white sprinkles for the fuzzy tail.

Aren't these adorable? These great tasting treats disappeared quickly. I will definitely be making more to take to an Easter party at our friends' house.
